Direct Help Global Missions was founded from a place of passion, purpose, and divine calling. We exist to answer a critical need: the need for more underrepresented and diverse leaders serving and giving—especially from prosperous nations, to take a visible and active role in international missions. For far too long, the faces seen on the front lines of global missions have not reflected the diversity of the global world. We are here to change that narrative.

We believe representation matters—not only in the boardroom or the pulpit but also on the mission field. When underrepresented and diverse leaders go to the nations, they bring a unique strength, cultural connection, and testimony of resilience that resonates deeply with the communities they serve—especially in parts of the world where the people look like us, but live with much less.

Our mission is twofold:

  1. To mobilize and all people to engage in international missions with boldness, compassion, and excellence.

  2. To bring direct help—spiritual, physical, and economic—to underserved populations around the world.

We are committed to sustainable impact. Whether it's providing clean water, educational support, food assistance, healthcare resources, or spiritual encouragement, we believe in meeting needs holistically. Our initiatives are community-centered, culturally respectful, and built on lasting partnerships with local leaders.

But more than anything, we believe in the power of being present. When someone from a prosperous community across the globe comes to serve from a place of shared identity and genuine love—it sparks a chain reaction of hope, healing, and empowerment.

Direct Help Global Missions is more than a name. It’s a promise. A promise to show up. A promise to serve. A promise to represent. A promise to extend our hands and hearts—directly.

We invite you to join this growing movement. Whether you’re ready to go, give, or grow in your global awareness, there is a place for you here. Together, we can rewrite the story of missions—one that includes all nations, every tribe, and people of every hue.

Doing mission work in Kenya is some of the most meaningful work I get to do.
